Designing a New Website

Can anyone who has website writing/hosting knowledge/experience please help? I am trying to update my website by writing one on a different platform. It seems that I can only attach a proper domain address if I have a 'paid for' service and of course being only a hobby business I cannot justify paying for web hosting. My current one is free with WIX and the web address isn't too bad but not ideal and this temporary design is with Webador but has such a ridiculous address that I can't use it like this: https://temp-foezpoztxowrlvjpdunx.webadorsite.com/
